Headshot Guide
Clothes
Try to avoid logos and busy patterns that might distract the viewer from your face. Solid colours usually work best, if you have a top that matches your eye colour or is the opposite colour ( https://www.canva.com/colors/color-wheel/. ) then it would be good to use these. Tops that show the neckline are usually best, but you may wish to vary things if you have specific roles in mind .Stay away from white.
Hair
If you plan to have a hair cut for the shoot leave a gap of a few days between the cut and the photo session. If you have more than one look with your hair then start with your hair down and run through your top changes before putting your hair up the remaining shots.
Music
In the studio I often put on background music to help you relax, have a think about what you might like to listen to during our photoshoot
Choosing Your Headshots
After the shoot I forward you thumbnail images so that you can make your selection for editing. If you are unsure about which shots to choose please ask me or if you have an agent, speak to them before making your final selection.
If you need any further advice please call or message me on WhatsApp 07720238997 thank you, Paul
